NOT A LOVE STORY
Twenty years ago, someone said we’d make a great couple.
We gave it a shot. Total disaster.
But something else was born.
a fantastic creative friendship,
fueled by images, ideas, instinct, and humor.
We worked (too many) years apart:
advertising, animation, illustration, direction. you name it.
For brands, media, institutions.
We created. We pitched. We drew. We directed.
We knew the rules.
And we got tired of playing by them.
So we made something together.
Not a project.
A baby.
A loud, demanding, brilliant baby.
born from late night texts, shared eye rolls,
and years of knowing we could do it better.
Her name is Frida Storm.
She doesn’t sleep.
She takes up space.
She’s everything we wish we’d worked for.

The only child we had together
is not on the picture.
